With sadden hearts, the Sutherland Rodeo Committee sends prayers and condolences to the family of Rich Lee. Rich was the husband of one of our long time members, Jodi Lee.

Richard A. Lee, age 62, of Sutherland passed away September 27, 2025, in North Platte, NE, after a battle with acute myeloid leukemia. Rich was born August 7, 1963, in Chadron, Nebraska, to Robert E. Lee and Ruth Erickson Lee, and was raised in Holdrege, Nebraska where he graduated with
