Some opportunities mean a little more, and this is certainly one of them.

I recently had the honor of being hired as a photographer for Marquette University Highschool for a special publication project. Seeing one of my photographs featured on the front cover, along with several of my images throughout the publication, is something I am incredibly proud of.

I want to extend a heartfelt thank you to Marquette University Highschool for this wonderful opportunity and for allowing my photography to be part of this project.

And a very special thank you to Steve, who reached out to me with this opportunity and trusted my creativity, experience, and ability to bring this project to life. Your confidence in my work means more than you know, and I am sincerely grateful.

Moments like these remind me why I love what I do and how thankful I am for the people who continue to believe in my work.

From behind the camera to the front cover - what an incredible feeling!

With a grateful heart,

✨ A Little Behind the Brand | Beauty from Ashes ✨

Something beautiful is in the works! 📸 🎥

I've recently had the pleasure of working with Victoria, the heart behind Beauty from Ashes, capturing the passion, purpose, and faith that make her business so special.

And we're just getting started!

From updated branding portraits and engaging reels to heartfelt client testimonials, there's so much more coming that will help tell the story behind her brand and the lives she's impacting. ❤️

Stay tuned for more images, videos, testimonials, and behind-the-scenes moments!

A brand is more than a logo or a business name. It's the people, the purpose, and the story behind it. And that's exactly what I love bringing to life through my lens.

Be sure to follow Beauty from Ashes & Rustic Roots Studios to see what's coming next!

Your brand is more than what you do. It's who you are behind the business. 🎥

For Kerley Heating & Cooling, that means stepping beyond the service calls and showing the people, personalities, friendships, and stories behind a family-owned company.

Their recent Nebraska dove hunt gave me the opportunity to do exactly that. 🌾

From the quiet moments in the field to the action, the dogs, the laughs, and everything in between - this piece was created to feel less like an advertisement and more like a story worth watching.

That's the kind of branding I love creating.

Authentic. Personal. Cinematic.
Content that gives your audience a reason to connect with the people behind the name.

Have a business with a story to tell? Let's capture it.

WHO are you bringing to your photoshoot?! 👇📷

09/08/2026

Nebraska, you left a mark on me. 🌾

These are only a few moments captured from my phone—but even they hold a little piece of what I felt while I was there.

The endless skies. The open land. The stillness.

There’s something humbling about standing in a place so vast and realizing just how small you are…and just how great our God truly is. 🤎

But these aren’t the photographs I’m most excited to share.

Those are still coming.

Nebraska, through my eyes. 📷

Together again. 🤎

Some family members hadn’t seen one another in over 20 years — making this reunion, and the memories captured, that much more special.

What an honor to preserve these moments. 🌿

A first for me. 🌙📷

I've photographed a lot of moments over the years, but this was my first time pointing my camera toward the sky and trying to capture a lunar eclipse.

Was it perfect? No. But there's something pretty special about learning something new, standing beneath a dark sky, and watching the moon slowly disappear into shadow.

Photography has a way of reminding me that there will always be something new to learn, something new to chase, and something beautiful waiting to be captured.

For my first eclipse...I'd say this one deserves a place in the books. 🌙
