Yummy Chori, (The “Chori”-Choripan, an Argentine Sausage Sandwich that is a common custom enjoyed by most in Argentina), began serving private clients On-Site and at Large Public Festivals and Events after owners Stacey and Jorge, grew tired of the typical Hot Dog and Hamburger, greasy Ribs kind of BBQ available at most parties and events. “If we just had a Choripan Stand at an event, people would love it. If they had Argentine Parrillada, the lines would be going around the block!”- said Jorge Lorea on a hot 4th of July fireworks display event. The YC Argentine On-Site Gourmet Grill Experience was created with all of the things both owners love about their culture, the highest grade of beef, abundant portions, beautiful presentation, warm and friendly professional service, and a touch of that Argentine charm and sophistication.
