There’s nothing like a potato pancake with a little smoked salmon. Yes you can use the premise ones, but they aren’t nearly as fun or delicious or have those crispy edges like from scratch. .

I admit it, I die for smooth, creamy loaded up with tahini hummus. Ok so there’s a bit of evo and garlic too! Finish with freshly toasted and ground cumin seeds and you’re there!
