Arc Culinary Chef Experience Dinner – Enjoy the 2025 Favorites!

Join us for an unforgettable dining experience featuring some of the most-requested fan favorites!

Saturday, August 30th | 7:00 PM

🍽️ The Menu:
Course #1: Buckwheat & Wild Mushroom Crepe – a savory crepe filled with wild mushrooms, Gruyere, spinach, and a fragrant rosemary-thyme blend, topped with a ponzu glaze.

Course #2: Sushi Dome – sushi-grade salmon sashimi with sticky rice, seaweed salad, spicy mayo, and nori, breaded in panko and fried golden, finished with eel sauce and crispy wontons.

Course #3: Pastelón (Sweet Plantain Lasagna) – layers of maduros, sofrito-marinated ground beef, mascarpone, and manchego béchamel.

Dessert: To be announced soon! With every past selection being a crowd favorite, we can’t wait to surprise you.

Mission Monday: Arc Culinary
We’re proud to award a $10,000 Principal Grant to Arc Broward Arc Culinary in Sunrise, FL, where culinary education is creating life-changing opportunities for individuals with disabilities and other life challenges.

Their Culinary Arts program offers hands-on training in a professional kitchen through a full-service catering and food service enterprise. It's more than just education - it's workforce empowerment.

Graduates also benefit from Arc Works, a program modeled after the Center for Working Families, which bundles job placement and financial services to help students build stability and thrive in the workforce.

We’re proud to support programs like Arc Culinary that are changing lives through real opportunity and skill building.
