has partnered with Memorial Healthcare System to offer monthly culinary education classes designed specifically for cancer patients and those focused on healing through nutrition. These inspiring, chef-led experiences bring patients and their loved ones together to cook, learn, and connect.

Out chefs prepare beautiful, nourishing dishes they can recreate at home — like our featured Buckwheat Crêpes with Mushroom Duxelles, Hummus, Toasted Chickpeas & Ponzu Sauce — while gaining valuable insight into the health benefits of key ingredients. Each class includes easy-to-follow recipes and educational materials to support continued wellness at home.

Together, Arc Culinary and Memorial Healthcare System share a powerful belief: good food is good medicine. Cooking together builds confidence, creates community, and makes healthy eating approachable and enjoyable.
