Six Months. One Vision. Two Venues. 24 Hour Load In. One Incredible Event.

Introducing, Block X Block, an 8000 person company wide event, featuring a General Session in Oakland Arena, and a fully transformed, immersive parking lot experience.

After half a year of planning, producing, designing, rehearsing, coordinating, and perfecting every detail… our team just wrapped an unforgettable large scale corporate experience.

From the first storyboard to the final cue, this project pushed our creativity, precision, and passion to new heights, and we couldn’t be prouder of what we accomplished together.
Here’s to big ideas, seamless ex*****on, and the amazing partners who make it all possible.

Take a look at the Arena Experience specifically! Featuring Automation for the Video Wall, Demo Elevators, and Mobile Fireside Chat Deck, this design allowed our client to have complete free form movement throughout the stage, without impacting a tight schedule. Accompanied by our spectacular lighting design, video design, and audio design, this stage was truly something special. There are so many people to thank on this project, that it will take a few posts to do so!!

🌅Beautiful Fundraiser event with .productions🌅

✨We outfitted the Grand Bay Hotel ballroom with a D&B Sound System, LED Video Walls, Staging, Uplighting, Drapery, and Front Wash for presenters. Our FOH team ensured flawless presentations and video playback, smooth transitions, confidence monitors and timer for speakers, clear microphone/audio signal, and recorded the event for the client! Shoutout to AJ Pell for having us to help bring this event to life!✨

✨New Gear Update!✨ Owl Vision recently added Acme Pixel Line IP’s to our inventory! These fixtures can do unique looks with Frost control, RGB and White pixel modules, built in Macros and Effects, and many Fixture Profiles to choose from! These Linear LED fixtures are great for bordering a video wall or adding a high quality pixel element to your show in any configuration desired! Check out their first appearance at The Regency Ballroom for NOTD on their first show! We also have Chauvet PXL 16’s for a Tilting Zooming Linear LED effect!

✨Custom LED Video Display Solutions🌌

Here at Owl Vision we are always innovating to bring you the most versatile, functional, and streamlined production elements to your events! We are now offering LED Vertical 3’x7’ rolling Video Wall “Posters” as well as 120” TV Style LED Walls on custom fabricated frames! Both configurations serve specific purposes for corporate and keynote events, menus, schedule info, sporting events, as well as breakout rooms and quick-build portable solutions! The LED Panel “TVs” have a much smaller footprint than a full size video wall and are less bulky while still being bigger and brighter than a standard TV! Our LED rolling “posters” have many use cases from signage to branding to graphics and can be used spread out around the venue or as an array with all units working together! 🌉Beautiful event at Cal Academy of Sciences🪼

🦕We transformed the venue with Uplighting to match the ambiance of each area, with peach tones and ice tones! Our Dynamic Staging Setup with LED Video Wall, DJ Booth Video Wall, Pattern Wash Stage Lighting as well as fulfilling all DJ/Band Rider needs kept the guests engaged and the event running flawlessly! Pinspotting was added around the venue to pull the guests attention to points of interest!🌌

🎉Madeon at The Regency Ballroom!🎉 Owl Vision provided a big Confetti and Cryo package to finish off the show with a bang! 🎆 Each shot was strategically deployed and reloaded with the quickest speed, and our technicians go above and beyond to take care of the demands of the show. We’re sure can attest! 😉

🌌Thank you for the
opportunity to design the lighting treatment for this holiday party!🌠
✨We gave this beautiful private residence the Uplight and LED Tube Treatment set to an elegant cool blue, as well as a Hanging Inflatable Arrangement in the Tent using LED Tubes and Silver Orbs for a modern look! We also transformed the basement room into a nightclub lounge with Lasers and Uplights synced to the music, operated in real time! 🏙️

🏓Celebrity Pickelball Bash at The Warfield hosted by DoorDash🏓

🦉Owl Vision Video Wall Package! Our Team installed the LED Video Wall as well as LED Ground Support Banners surrounding the court for Sponsor Logos! Our Techs ran all Video Content, Sponsor Branding, Matchups, Game Info, and Score Bugs for a seamless and smooth event!🌁

🌅 Classy and elegant corporate holiday party designed by at The Palace of Fine Arts! Owl Vision outfitted the venue with stunning visuals. We rigged a twinkle light array across the entire width of the venue, spanning the dance floor and the band performance area. Additionally, we provided a comprehensive lighting rig that could be seen from the other side of the venue. Custom graphics were displayed on our video walls, while our high-fidelity sound system ensured an immersive experience with speakers strategically placed and tuned throughout the venue for optimal sound quality. Uplighting, pinspotting, chandeliers, and LED tubes added to the ambiance, while our experienced techs handled all systems, elevating the space and creating a beautiful atmosphere for the guests! 🎆 Photos by: Owl Vision LLC & Melanie Duerkopp

✈️Flight Facilities featuring Sofia Kourtesis for a 2 night layover of the decades!🕺 played a 5-hour set both nights, spanning from 70s to current music as well as their own original tracks! 🪩Owl Vision provided a 40” Mirror Ball, Lighting Ground Package with Profile Spots and Tilting LED Battens, as well as programming and operating the new house rig at along with the Owl Vision package!
