Happy Mother’s Day to all the moms who trained for business without even knowing it.
Turns out, motherhood prepared me perfectly for running Lova Candles. Skills I brought from mom life:
🧡 Carrying heavy things
Two kids on my shoulders? Easy. Boxes of wax? Same workout, different outfit.
🧡 Crisis management
Toddler meltdown or last-minute wedding setup change — stay calm, smile, fix it.
🧡 Multitasking
Holding a child, answering a client, checking inventory, and planning a luxury candle setup. Normal Tuesday.
🧡 Time management
If I can get two kids dressed, fed, emotionally regulated, and out the door before 8 AM… a wedding timeline doesn’t scare me.
🧡 Creative problem-solving
Because moms can turn “nothing is going according to plan” into “wow, that looks beautiful.”
🧡 Negotiation
If I can convince a child to leave the playground, I can discuss any wedding details.
🧡 Attention to detail
Moms notice everything. Missing shoe, suspicious silence, candle line not perfectly straight — nothing gets past us.
