I’ve been busy getting planting wrapped up in the garden. Last night I planted some Thomas Edison Dahlias. They are a beautiful magenta purple color, large bloom with frilled petal tips. They are named after Mina Miller Edison, Thomas Edison’s wife. Do you know how Thomas Edison is tied to Sunbury? Here is a quick link telling the story!

🎓In need of a bouquet for graduation???🧑‍🎓

💐I am currently making wraps for the stand. I will have 2 ready to go that are not in water, ends wrapped to keep hydrated. Plus special graduation paper themed wraps. They will be in the stand by 3pm. *do try to keep them in a cool shaded place, and get into water when you can for best vase life

I also will have some (just as beautiful) regular wraps as well for those wanting flowers just because! Thank you!

We’ve been busy in the garden! This week we planted over 500 Lisianthus seedlings 🙌. Lisianthus has become one of my personal favorite cut flowers. They look similar to a rose, but grow from an annual garden plant. They are long stemmed and romantic, last almost 2 weeks in a vase, and come in a variety of colors. Can’t wait to share these Lizzie’s with you!
