Good morning Sun Prairie! Chefs Brian and Alice were up bright and early to hit up the Dane County and Sun Prairie Farmers' Markets. One of the best parts about this job is getting to work with local produce and know our growers, so market season is one of the most fun times of the year.

Now, I know what you're gonna say: "that doesn't look like a pizza" but I mean... look at how gorgeous this all is! It's all fresh, it's all local, and it's all going on our market pie The Foraggiere. If you want spring in a slice this is it. Sautéed Morels and King Trumpet mushrooms with green garlic, fontina cheese, asparagus and finished with ab bunch of crisp arugula.

The Rooftop is open tonight, tomorrow night and Saturday at 4 pm. The weather is going to be gorgeous!!! Sunny and 77 today, 79 tomorrow and 75 on Saturday. Perfect weather to enjoy a famous Bill Collins Cocktail, or anything else you fancy. Tonight we have DJ Pancho. Get through your workday and hurry on out.

UPDATE:

SAR will be on the rooftop at The Loft at 132 next week 5/28 instead of this week due to the decline in weather. We hope everyone has a great Memorial weekend and we look forward to seeing you next week!
