With the end of our regular lunch service, we’ve expanded our online ordering fulfillment hours for August + September!

Pre-order your favorite charcuterie boards and more online for scheduled pickup Tuesday–Saturday during our available fulfillment windows.

Please note that these are not regular storefront hours. Available pickup dates and times are reflected in our online ordering calendar and may vary based on our catering schedule and seasonal closures.

Our Sumner kitchen is now open by appointment for pre-scheduled pickups, catering orders and special pop-ups — and catering for larger events remains available outside of these hours with advance arrangement.

We’re excited to offer more flexibility for ordering the charcuterie arrangements you love while making room for more catering, seasonal offerings and pop-ups!

🎉 Congratulations to WSECU on the grand reopening of their Puyallup South Hill branch!

Fun fact: I do both my personal and business banking with WSECU, and this is my home branch. I genuinely love the team there, and the expansion turned out beautifully!

This morning, four of us rallied at 6:00 AM to hand-assemble 350 branded charcuterie boats, delivering everything by 10:30 AM for the celebration. Those custom WSECU skewers were such a fun finishing touch!

Today I’m sharing something that’s been in the works for quite some time.

After a lot of thought (and more spreadsheets than I’d like to admit), I’ve made the difficult decision to transition away from our regular lunch service and return Bomb Charcuterie to what it has always been at its core—a boutique catering kitchen.

This decision has been incredibly hard, but it also brings a genuine sense of relief and excitement. Catering has always been the heart of this business, and I’m looking forward to leaning back into it full-time.

If you’ve been following along, you may have noticed the recent storefront redesign, removal of seating, and conversations about becoming a boutique catering kitchen. Those changes weren’t random—they were intentional steps toward this next chapter.

What to expect:
🧀 We’re not closing!
🥪 We’ll continue serving lunch Thursday–Saturday, 11 AM–3 PM during the transition (Friday, July 31 we’ll be open until 6 PM for Music Off Main!).
📅 Our final regular lunch service date hasn’t been set just yet, but I expect it will be within the next couple of weeks, and we’ll share that date as soon as we know.
🥗 You may notice some menu items selling out as we intentionally reduce inventory during the transition.
🥪 Our sandwiches will continue to be available by the dozen for catering and group orders.
✨ We’ll also continue serving our community through catering, seasonal pop-ups, and local events—with some exciting new ideas already in the works.

To everyone who’s supported our lunch menu over the past two years—thank you. I’m so proud of what we created together.

This isn’t the end of Bomb Charcuterie. It’s a return to the business that built us, and I can’t wait to share what’s next. ❤️
