distinguished single family residence before being transformed into
one of Pike County's most beloved event venues. For the past seven
years, owners Terry and Debbie McWilliams have been the proud
owners, with Debbie realizing her lifelong dream of owning a venue
like this. Often described as a place where “you feel like you're not in Pi

County,” Oak Hill Estate offers a truly breathtaking setting. The
Estate features 100's of year old oak trees, a gorgeous fountain area,
a luxurious bridal suite, a man cave, and a full kitchen, along with a
spacious banquet hall-all surrounded by beautifully maintained
grounds. As the pride of Pike County, Oak Hill Estate is more than just a venueit's a unforgettable experience for weddings, celebrations, cooperate
meetings, and special gatherings. When you walk the grounds,
there's no doubt this property is loved and well maintained.
