Hughes Wedding Reception - 03/21/2026

We were privileged to work with Caroline and John Marc over the past few months to design their special day and then execute it accordingly with our planning, decorating and coordination services. We were quite busy and didn’t get any photos, but thankful for an excellent photographer (shoutout to Emily Leggett!) who grabbed a few videos! 💕

Hughes Wedding Ceremony - 03/21/2026

We were privileged to work with Caroline and John Marc over the past few months to design their special day and then execute it accordingly with our planning, decorating and coordination services. We were quite busy and didn’t get many photos, but I had to share what we do have as I’m quite proud of this one. 💕

BTS of The Hughes Wedding this past weekend. Faux floral design started 2 weeks prior in my kitchen at home and continued on site the week of as some pieces were too fragile for transport. We draped approximately 52 feet of space in the sanctuary and another 50ish feet in the reception area. A total of 50 tablecloths, overlays and runners were steamed and placed, something else that was started 2 weeks prior to the event at our workspace at home and was completed on site. We also designed and made custom painted pieces to match the design as well as custom signage. Due to the large size of the event and the small size of our team as well as our working hours being limited due to day jobs, we spent a full week of evenings on site putting the event together. This video doesn’t show everything but it gives a glimpse of what goes into making these events happen.

The team is working hard! It’s wedding week for us! We’re on day 4 of setup and chaos abounds (as usual) but we’ve reached the point that I can finally see the vision coming together 😍.
