What many people see is the finished table… the beautiful display of meats, cheeses, fruits, sweets, and all the little details. What they don’t see are the many hours behind the scenes that make it all possible. The grocery shopping, traveling to multiple stores to find the perfect products, carefully selecting every ingredient, countless hours of preparation, packing and organizing supplies, loading and unloading, setting up each table piece by piece, and returning afterward to clean up. Then come the hours spent washing, sanitizing, organizing inventory, and preparing for the next event.
It’s a labor of love, and honestly, I wouldn’t trade it for anything.
Seeing comments about small businesses being “too expensive” can be discouraging. The truth is, every small business owner sets their prices based on the time, effort, skill, materials, and heart they pour into their work. Personally, I don’t do it for the money. I genuinely enjoy getting to be a part of someone’s special moment and making them happy.
If a service or product isn’t in your budget, that’s okay, not everything is meant for everyone. But instead of leaving negative comments, choose kindness. Support that business by sharing their page, referring them to someone who may be a great fit, saying a prayer for their success, or simply cheering them on from afar.
As I reflect on all the events I’ve had the privilege of being a part of, I find myself overwhelmed with gratitude.
Thank you to every customer who has trusted me to create grazing tables for some of the most special moments in your lives. Whether it’s a wedding, bridal shower, anniversary, baby shower, birthday celebration, retirement party, or simply a gathering of loved ones, it means more to me than words can express that you choose me to be part of those memories.
One of my favorite parts of this business is the people. I’ve had the opportunity to meet so many wonderful people, work alongside incredibly talented vendors, and build relationships that extend far beyond a single event. Some of those relationships have turned into lifelong friendships, and for that I am incredibly thankful.
But above all else, what brings me the most joy is seeing people smile. Watching guests gather around a table I’ve created, hearing compliments, seeing photos being taken, and knowing I’ve helped make a celebration feel a little more special. That is what makes every early morning, late night, and long day worth it.
Thank you for supporting my small business, believing in my creativity, recommending me to your family and friends, allowing me to do something I truly love, and letting me celebrate these milestones with you! Every booking, every kind word, every share, every review, and every referral means the world to me.
