Often times as a day-of coordinator, clients and/or family members will ask “did you remember to…” or “where is the…”

The random things that pop into their mind while anxiously getting ready for ceremony can cause a quick moment of panic, until we confidently say “yep, it’s been taken care of.” The sigh of relief when they know they made the right decision in hiring us as their planning team is what makes all of this worth it. Trusting your planners/coordinators to do what they do best allows you to actually enjoy the day you’ve been planning for so long.

Still reeling from this beautiful wedding we had the honor of coordinating & catering on Saturday. It’s days like this we wish we could re-live over and over. You could feel the love not only between the bride and groom, but also the friends and family. Congratulations Mr. & Mrs. Shepard 💙

Can’t forget about the amazing vendors too. Perfect weddings are the result of all of us working together!

An absolute pleasure to witness yet another beautiful couple tie the knot.

Christmas weddings are always a blast. We are so thankful Brittney and Eric chose us to coordinate and cater their magical wedding day. We worked closely with an incredible team of venders that we hope to work with again!

Only one more wedding on the books for 2025. We can’t wait to see what 2026 brings to the Artman’s team! 🎄💍❤️
