GUESS WHO!!!!!!! That's my gorgeous daughter and son-in-law! My heart literally feels like it's going to explode. Marry Me North Carolina (which was previously Triad Weddings Magazine) was instrumental with the success of my business. They were the only advertising I did and the only wedding show I was ever a part of. They promoted my business and helped me personally believe in myself and my business...AND NOW LOOK! We had the honor of having our work featured in their magazine several times as well as several iconic covers and now my girl is right there on the cover. I am so so so grateful to them and want to encourage any wedding vendors out there to advertise with them and for all future brides to use this incredible resource!

When my daughter got engaged I knew I wanted to just be mom on wedding day. I also knew there was only one person I would trust to do her flowers. Thankfully was available! Everyone assumed I would be nervous about the flowers, but I had 100% faith in Dillon and his team so I had zero worries…even when the wind was so bad the day before the barge shut down and I didn’t know how the flowers are getting to the island I knew Dillon and Kyle would figure it out even if they had to swim over one flower arrangement at a time!

You have heard me talking about this for an entire year now! April 13, 2024 my baby girl was married and it was everything we could have ever dreamed for! It is no exaggeration when I say we had the absolute BEST vendor team! It is no small feet to pull off a wedding on an island but they literally put their blood sweat and tears into this wedding!

That’s my baby girl!!!!!!

Part 1: “After almost 7 years of (im)patiently waiting, Dillon proposed to me in Vail, Colorado while on an annual ski trip with what I thought was just the two of us. We were walking through the Vail village on our way to dinner and he stopped me right by the famous village Christmas tree. With a nervous look on his face, he told me that he had something important to ask me. As tears were already rolling down my face, I think I was able to murmur 'ok.' Dillon then told me how much he loved me and that he did not want to let another day go by without asking me to be his wife. I of course said yes through the tears and he put the most beautiful ring I had ever seen on my finger! As soon as he did, I saw flashes from a camera and two of our best friends that live in Denver popped out from behind the Christmas tree to surprise me! Seeing as they were from Denver, it wasn't a surprise to me that they wanted to show up to take pictures for us. Dillon let me know that they were joining us for dinner and I was thrilled that I was going to be able to celebrate with just a few of our friends!”

I may be “retiring”, but I will always tell you how amazing Andrea is! What was Triad Wedding Magazine but now is so much more with Marry Me North Carolina played such a huge roll in getting our name out there in the wedding industry! She has always been in our corner. Such a great resource for couples and a great tool for wedding vendors
