Well. I don't have pictures. But due to our impending weather, I have cooked everything that will either go bad or languish in the frige/not freeze well if I don't. Yes I buy a lot of food. No I'm not in control of the weather. Sp far i have:
Potato leek soup
Sweet potato and black bean chili (don't knock it til you try it)
Cream of celery soup
Spinach mushroom risotto
Brown rice taco bowls.
Will my family eat all of this? No.
Will it be ok in the outside fridge/freezer in sub-freezing temps? Yep.
Will I be eating a lot of rice? Yep.
Now that I did this, will we lose power? Probably not. You're welcome. Irony for the win.

My child made this pie. After I most certainly washed this bowl. He had fun.

I make the best lasagna in the free world. Ask people. They'll tell you. And I didn't even make a mess (ok that's a lie 😅 ) and I didn't burn my hand (that much). Lasagna is comfort food as well as comfort cooking. It's as satisfying to make as it is to eat. One of my faves for sure.
