I make the best lasagna in the free world. Ask people. They'll tell you. And I didn't even make a mess (ok that's a lie 😅 ) and I didn't burn my hand (that much). Lasagna is comfort food as well as comfort cooking. It's as satisfying to make as it is to eat. One of my faves for sure.

I said carrots but I didn't have any. So we have green beans. I was told (not by Danny, who wanted pizza), that the potatoes were "glorious." And I do make a mean roast chicken too 😋

I do a "menu" every week. It usually changes at some point (usually because someone forgot to go to the store). But I cleaned out and inventoried both fridges so here's what we have. The first quote is from a movie, the second one is from life.
