Thank you IOW parks and recreation. We truly appreciate yall continuing to use us for your catering needs. 3 years and running. Even though you took me out my comfort zone with these roasted red skin potatoes and asparagus. But like they say give a chef ingredients and they will make something out of nothing. Davis Boyz has made our transition from vending to strictly catering. It was always my plan to use the trailer to get my brand known. Then go to catering and special orders. We'd like to Thank everyone that showed us support over the last couple years. We will continue to take care off all your catering clients both private and corporate. Well I didn't use his math to come up with my price. However we almost ended at the same number 🎯 And I'm paying $1 more per lb

So since so many of you can’t grasp simple concept of it’s just a math equation. THESE NUMBERS ARE FICTIONAL AND FOR LEARNING PURPOSE ONLY. I never trimmed this fictional brisket or smoked it.
It’s just how to do the math equation.
Yes I was a restaurant manager for years and I have my own bakery. I’m just trying to explain HOW to come up the math equation to price your product.
How to price properly Smoked Brisket. Here’s the maths for you. Now all you do is replace the numbers with your numbers accordingly.
But you can get the gist of it.
