The team at Culinary Country Caterers, along with Brian and Chef Joe would like to wish all our fans a very happy and healthy 2018. This coming year we are launching our Kansas City BBQ menu, perfect for your family reunion, company picnic, or out of this world block party. This awesome new summer menu includes Grand Marnier glazed chicken wings, and our homemade smashed and seasoned mini potato pancake that is just bursting with flavor. My personal favorite is our passed Mini Reuben sandwiches, on a toasted rye made with braised corned beef, sauerkraut and gruyere cheese.
There is so much to choose from on our summer menu, and we are so excited about it! Our slow roasted brown sugar glazed BBQ Ribs and Chipotle BBQ pulled pork is sure to be a crowd pleaser, both slow cooked in our new smoker for 10 hours! We also offer a Cumin rubbed grilled chicken with an orange chipotle BBQ sauce as well as a dry aged blended burger bar and Kobe beef hot dog bar. When planning your next event with us, don't forget to add on our jalapeno corn-bread and our outstanding Charcuterie (imported salami, German beef jerky, smoked ham, sweet grapes, and sweet onion jam, gruyere cheese, truffle pate, Munster cheese and oil cured olives) Prime summer dates, still available!!
