Food & w**e pairing at AJA Vineyards | Malibu Coast W**e 🍷

Three chef-crafted bites paired with local w**es — smoked salmon profiterole, steak crostini with béarnaise, and roasted pepper hummus crostini.

A simple idea: good w**e, good food, and the right pairing.

Four days. Four services. Private dinners, a 72-guest plated wedding, a 70-guest Sunday brunch — and a lot happening behind the scenes. Long prep days, sourcing, cooking, loading, service, cleanup, and starting all over again the next morning. Weeks like this are intense, but this is exactly what building M&Ro Kitchen looks like. Proud of our team and ready for what’s next.

Catering is not just about feeding a room. It’s about executing every plate with consistency.

For us, steak service means proper temperature, rest, sear and timing from the first portion to the last.

That’s what chef led catering looks like.
