Dinner : rare local sirloin, VT Cheddar, garden herbs, local, shaved apples, specks of cinnamon, garden tomatoes, stone ground mustard..all swaddled in flaky puff pastry...one word,delicious!

I ask, does anything scream summer any louder than this? I can not take credit for the growing, that goes to Crossroads Farm. and I thank you CRF and Cedar Circle Farm for always being ready to box up my veggies,full of fragrant deliciousness...it makes my job so much fun!

My week! Ran out of labels! Ugh!
Bestest helpers, some sleepier than others, a break in my day, beautiful scented oatmeal breads, spanakopita, just picked blueberries turned into a 66th birthday pie, hazelnut brownies...a great day! I love my job!

Just another incredibly fun day in my kitchen! Foods galore. Two parties in one day! Tired. Happy! Loving this feeling of perpetual tired, swirling, but happy! Thank you all!
