Let me tell you, this mama, loves hard! She loves her family, her friends, and each and every kid she comes in contact with. If you didn't know already, she is a teacher. Her kids love her just as much. I knew this already but realized it watching our sons play soccer the other night. I cannot tell you how many littles came by to say "Hi Mrs Sidebottom." And they were all greeted with a big wide smile and friendly hello....but most of you already know what I am talking about.

I was so happy and honored when her husband told me he wanted to get her a gift card from me for her Christmas present. I knew exactly how much this would warm her heart. I love their little family and how much they have grown. Now, I just hope she loves these as much as I do.

"I think all of us had a good time at our photos."
These words are simple. Most likely there was not even a lot of thought given to the statement. Just a realization following a family session, but for me, these words are everything.
When I say I want to create memories, not just photos, this is what I mean. I want your kids to giggle, and then later say, "remember she asked who has the smelliest t***s?" That's me, I ask silly questions, I tell you to play games, pull each other around hand in hand, or silly walk together. Anything to create laughter and maybe a little fun. These are always my favorite images.

It's late but I just had to show off this adorable couple. I am so happy for Julia and Trey. Julia's family lines blur with my own and I am so excited for her to begin this next chapter of her life. As you can see, they are just smitten with each other and it makes my heart happy!! Congratulations Julia and Trey!!!

I love when my photographer brain gets an idea and my seniors just come right along. I actually had 2 seniors who were willing to come along so last minute but unfortunately one had to cancel. Man I am lucky to have so many great models!!!

My favorite soon-to-be mommy and daddy. Closing in on the next chapter. For those who do not know, this little bump is carrying the beginning of next generation of our family. He will be the first grand baby for us and the 4th of his name. We just cannot wait to meet him!!

Every year I volunteer to take sports photos for my hometown. I enjoy this so much because the kids have fun and it seems like something they look forward to. This year I decided to bring the lights and fog and really have a good time.
