It’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas out at Rose Farm! This was our November dinner series where we focused on fall ingredients. We are so greatful for the guests that keep showing up and supporting these events. We’ve just signed on for another season of farm to table dining for 2026!

This was our third year cooking at the lake cabin of Jerry and Nancy Foster for their “Friendsgiving” celebration. It’s truly magical watching a group of people dine over a meal together. The stories and laughter remind me of why I love this work. Thank you to the Foster’s for opening up your home to us!

This year we cooked two dinners for the as part of their sensory event. Guests dined on appetizers inside the Ballet Des Moines studio then enjoyed performances by the dancers. Followed up with a three course dinner provided by the Doolittle Farm team! We absolutely loved working with the ballet. If you haven’t been or it’s been awhile go check out the performances they’re putting on for the holidays. The Nutcracker at Hoyt Sherman is sure to be a great family holiday experience.

Wildwood Hills Ranch Gala 2025! Always a pleasure catering out of the Stine Barn. This year and Catering by Doolittle Farm donated a dinner for charity and raised over $6k! Thank you Todd Millang and the Wildwood Hills Ranch team!

The Harvest Gathering in Earlham. Last month 160+ guests dined on Main Street in this cute little Iowa town. Live music plus five courses from the Catering by Doolittle Farm team! Thank you to Allissa for organizing and creating such a wonderful event!

Last month we held our annual benefit dinner for the Warren County Conservation Board at Middleswart Lodge. Beautiful location surrounded by amazing trails and wildlife. Thank you to everyone that came to support the nature center!

Dinner in the City of Des Moines Greenhouse! Thank you for the collaboration invite! 95 guests had a truly magical evening with appetizers from followed by four courses from chef Grant and the Doolittle Farm Catering team! Farm to table in November, yeah we do that!
