I did a thing! I copied this design from a photo, but this one is all mine!! My hands are hurting. It takes alot of hand strength to squeeze a pastry bag this much. Gum paste for the dahlias and roses.
This was a vanilla toffee cake with a coffee flavored Italian buttercream and my homemade marshmallow fondant. I make my own toffee and vanilla, and use only organic ingredients when possible.
