Perfect weather, a glowing full moon, a few smooth 96th Street Bridge lifts, and a spectacular turnout of boats and docks lit up the bay for this year’s Festival of Lights - Cities, States, & Landmarks parade.
A heartfelt thank you to all of our participants for the time, creativity, and energy you put into your incredible displays, our Flagship Committee- Joy Rubeo, Terry Frangiosa, Mike Zehren, and Joe & Beth Ann Griesser, our Festival of Lights Committee Sharon & Tim Powers, Sam Powers & Charlie DiGuiglielmo, and Jane & Steve Fritz — plus the SHBP Elite Rowing Team for joining us on the water this year.
