Everyone, we are pleased to introduce to our menu, Smoked Mac Bites.

Our Smoked Mac Bites are our homemade, smoked mac & cheese which are fried with our signature blend of spices! A delightful guilty pleasure, they are crunchy on the outside and creamy on the inside.

Our family had a relaxing vacation at the beach in Gulf Shores. Now we're back and I'm firing up the pit! Tomorrow I will be working on a recipe for a new menu item that I am very excited about (stay tuned for pictures).

I will also have the pit fired up for dinner on Tuesday. We will have 7 of our Pork Platters available for your family dinner.

Pork platter includes: 2 pound of pulled pork, a half rack of ribs, 4 servings of macaroni salad and cornbread.

We are having to adjust to a temporary new work schedule, making it difficult to plan any events and cooks. Bear with us as we try to figure out my new schedule. We will have the pit up and running again soon.

In the meantime, we made some of our banana pudding for the Stockton/Warren Warhawks Track banquet this evening. It's a good start to getting back to cooking.

Happy Memorial Day from our family to yours! Today is a day in which we remember the sacrifices so many have made for the freedoms that we enjoy today. So, although it's a beautiful day to grill and smoke foods and gather with family, remember the reason we have this freedom!

So excited to be firing up the pit tomorrow for two graduation parties! Shredded chicken and baked potato salad were requested. It's gonna be a great day!

Everyone enjoyed the ribs and pork belly burnt ends. Boys even had a friend over who had already eaten before he got here...but he ended up eating ribs too.

We have the pit fired up today, finally! It has been way too long since our last cook. While cooking, I made a tasty grilled cheese and pulled pork sandwich! Highly recommend! It has a light, smokey flavor from the pulled pork, creamy and cheesy with melted Munster cheese and a little sweet with our signature Mild Misdemeanor BBQ Sauce.
