Hydrangea is a major crop for us here on the farm, offering many different looks through the stages of flower. We love Limelight for its creamy, greenish white blooms that get kissed with blush as the season goes on. For extra large blooms, you can prune this plant to about knee high. The higher up you prune the plant, the smaller the flower size. From market bouquets to weddings, this flower makes an appearance in every arrangement that leaves the farm from late July through September.
Bare Roots are dormant plants. Pot up or plant out upon receipt and keep them consistently moist while they come to life. Check out the Hydrangea, Viburnum, and Magnolia 10 count Bare Root packs available now for shipping next week.
