🌮 It’s here! The Taco The Town 10K is coming up on September 5th at Baxter Park! Featuring tacos from trucks all over the 209 and beer from the great Five Window Beer Co., this year is going to be one that you will not want to miss! This year, we’ve also include spectator tickets for those that want to chow, drink, and watch the runners do their thing!

We have new trucks this year boasting to be this years Best Taco! We need you to come and be the judge of that. 😉

What to expect:

– we now will have vegan options being offered! Thanks to I Dunno Gastropub
– the largest medal custom medal we’ve ever had
– FREE spectator tickets!

🎓 my little girl is now entering 1st grade in a few months. I’m just a mess… it’s all happening so fast. I’m proud and sad. And happy. But more than anything, excited for what you’re going to show the world.
Zeke, you’re now a kindergartener! And I feel like you’re absorbing everything Ivy learned. Keep impressing me and have fun doing it. 🫰
And to Vanessa, keep crushing motherhood. I’m happy I’m doing this with you. 💟

🛁 We are less than 2 weeks away from the largest bubble run YET!
🫧 𝐖𝐡𝐲 𝐣𝐨𝐢𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐒𝐤𝐞𝐝𝐚𝐝𝐝𝐥𝐞 𝐁𝐮𝐛𝐛𝐥𝐞 𝐑𝐮𝐧?
– We aim to offer the same excitement at a cheaper cost compared to other bubble runs happening all over.
– It’s local! Save gas in time on commuting by taking part in the sudsiest, frothiest event in North Stockton!
– It goes to a great cause! By signing up, participants have already helped raise over $10,000 in funds for the emergency food bank, a nonprofit organization and is the largest food provider in San Joaquin county.
– You get to earn a series medal! That’s right! The Skedaddle Bubble Run is 1 of 5 events put on by Skedaddle Running Events. By completing at least 3 out of 5 events, you can earn a special medal that adds to your medal! The SBR is the start of the 2026-2027 series season.

– We are adding EVEN. MORE. BUBBLES.
– We are bringing back the water balloon fight! With (you guessed it) even more water balloons!
– There is now a new and revamped Bubble Zone for after the race with surprise goodies!
– Skedaddle will have Bubble Guns for purchase for your little ones to play with!
– We have exciting new vendors and food trucks joining us for the very first time! Hurry up before we sell out!

I’ve done it! 7 days of straight running!!! But it doesn’t stop there…
I’m motivated to run every day for the rest of this year. I got a late start, but it’s how you finish! So keep me motivated guys! I know it’s hard having little ones, a career in teaching, while also providing running events for my city. But I’m determined to keep myself healthy too. I lost some discipline last year but I’m gonna bounce back and promise to knock out a mile AT LEAST every day. Stay tuned!
