✨ Yesterday’s wedding service in the books! ✨

Our team of 10 had the pleasure of serving 250 wedding guests, providing chafing dish rentals, buffet service, table bussing, food heating & distribution, and full kitchen clean-up.

With two buffet stations, we served all 250 guests in just 30 minutes!

The family prepared an amazing meal for their loved ones—we made sure the hospitality experience was seamless so they could focus on celebrating. 💛🥂💍

Hey Everyone! 🎄

I hope you all are enjoying your Holiday Season! I have been enjoying spending time with my family!

My Mom & I put together a Gala for our family! It felt special to create a space where my family could come together, look good & celebrate! + Also getting to show my grandparents all I have learned from them as far as catering (My grandparents are on the left of this picture)

When I started my business I wanted to have freedom with my time, being able to spend time with family for moments like this! Somewhere along the way I found myself booked during the Holiday season & missing important moments like this. This year God prompted me to reclaim my time, to take some time off and enjoy the things, people, & places that matter most.

We'll be back accepting bookings in 2026. Cant wait to continue to fill your hearts & your bellies! ✨✨💕🎄

Dear Valued The Good Portion Clients,

Thank you so much for an incredible year and for trusting our team to be part of your special events and food experiences. It has truly been a wonderful year filled with amazing clients and memorable occasions.

Please note that we will be taking a break during this holiday season from November 1st - January 1st; and will not be accepting new orders or catering events at this time. We look forward to resuming bookings in January 2026 and beyond. Feel free to reach out early to plan your events for next year—we’d love to help!

This time off will give me (Chef Miah) a much-needed rest, as organizing events can be quite demanding both physically and mentally. I can't wait to return in 2026, refreshed, energized, and eager to serve you even better.

From the bottom of my heart, I want to thank each of you for placing your trust in me over the past four years. I plan to spend this holiday season praying, resting, and enjoying precious moments with my loved ones.
