Our Naked Rib, Customer’s, love our Beef Brisket.
But this is our reality in the barbecue world right now. We’re all losing money on brisket. We’ve been able to maintain our Whole Tri-Tip price to it’s original price point. But our profit has shrunken.

He breaks this down and I could not have done a better job. Our brisket that we sell now at The Naked Rib BBQ is at market rate prices because of this very reason.

I start getting some texts this early morning from some folks that I do and don’t know telling me they seen me in the Des Moines Register this morning. Thank you Des Moines Register for the shout out on the new Pitmaster show airing July 13th at 9pm on Food Network. My co judges Ernest Servantes ,Jess Pryles, and host and also judge Andrew Zimmerman I really enjoyed filming the series of episodes. I think it’s more organic and real and the cooks were amazing. This will be a great show to watch!🫡💯🇺🇸 Food Network
