๐ Do I need to provide anything?
Nope! We bring everything you need: extension cords, water hoses, and even water splitters if needed. Just make sure thereโs a working water spigot and a standard electrical outlet nearbyโweโve got the rest covered!
โก What if Iโm renting more than one unit?
Great question! If youโre booking two or more units or a unit that requires multiple blowers, please make sure you have separate outlets on different breakers available. Plugging two blowers into the same outlet can trip a breakerโand nobody wants a party power outage!

How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 2โ3 weeks in advance, especially for weekends and holidays. Our schedule fills up fast!
๐ณ When is payment due?
Payment is due in full at deliveryโcash, card, or digital payment options available. No deposit required!
๐ Can I let the inflatable down overnight?
Yes! If youโre keeping the unit overnight, itโs fine to deflate itโas long as itโs dry. This helps prevent damage and extends the life of our units.
๐ง๏ธ What if it rains?
Safety first! If storms, lightning, or strong winds are expected, we may need to reschedule or cancel. We never leave equipment in unsafe conditions.

Absolutely. Every inflatable is cleaned and sanitized between rentalsโyour familyโs safety is our top priority.
