🎉 KO Party Rentals FAQ Spotlight! 💬

We love helping your events go off without a hitch! 🥳 Here are some of the most frequently asked questions we get—answered just for you:

🔌 Do I need to provide anything?
Nope! We bring everything you need: extension cords, water hoses, and even water splitters if needed. Just make sure there’s a working water spigot and a standard electrical outlet nearby—we’ve got the rest covered!

⚡ What if I’m renting more than one unit?
Great question! If you’re booking two or more units or a unit that requires multiple blowers, please make sure you have separate outlets on different breakers available. Plugging two blowers into the same outlet can trip a breaker—and nobody wants a party power outage!

📅 How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 2–3 weeks in advance, especially for weekends and holidays. Our schedule fills up fast!

💳 When is payment due?
Payment is due in full at delivery—cash, card, or digital payment options available. No deposit required!

🌙 Can I let the inflatable down overnight?
Yes! If you’re keeping the unit overnight, it’s fine to deflate it—as long as it’s dry. This helps prevent damage and extends the life of our units.

🌧️ What if it rains?
Safety first! If storms, lightning, or strong winds are expected, we may need to reschedule or cancel. We never leave equipment in unsafe conditions.

🧼 Are the units cleaned?
Absolutely. Every inflatable is cleaned and sanitized between rentals—your family’s safety is our top priority.

KO Party Rental – Inclement Weather Cancellation Policy

At KO Party Rental, safety is our top priority—for your guests, our staff, and your community. Due to the serious risks associated with inflatables during severe weather, including electrical shock from wet equipment, damage to units, and danger from high winds or lightning, we have a strict policy regarding inclement and unsafe weather conditions.

Unsafe Weather Conditions Include:
• Heavy rain or flooding (especially standing water near the blower/electrical connections)
• Thunderstorms and lightning
• High winds (typically 15 mph or higher, or gusts over 20 mph)
• Tornado warnings or watches

Policy:
• We reserve the right to cancel any rental if weather conditions are deemed unsafe for setup or use. This includes at any point before or during the rental period.
• Customers will not be charged a cancellation fee for weather-related cancellations if the cancellation is made before delivery and setup.
• If equipment is already set up and weather conditions turn unsafe, unfortunately, no refunds can be issued, as our team has already incurred labor, transportation, and setup costs.

Our Recommendation:

If there is questionable weather in the forecast, we ask that you communicate with us at least 12 hours in advance to discuss options, including rescheduling (pending availability).
