It is with mixed emotions that I report to you today that this is my last day as commander of post 490 it has been a pleasure to serve as the commander for the last 16 years and over the years we have done a lot of great things and made a lot of friends and memories as we move forward with our new commander I would like to wish him the best of luck with his new position and congratulations on your new position at post 490 I will still be around if you are looking for advice so again good luck in your new position

In need of a hair cut you are in luck Beth will be at the legion today from 4-6 to give hair cuts while you are here you can enjoy a nice cold beverage and try your luck at the Queen of Hearts the drawing is every Friday at 7pm not sure how to play no problem just ask the bartender and they will help you

REMINDER: January 1, 2026 at 2pm is our Post 490 Member Appreciation Party! We will have complimentary food, and drinks. What more could you want....all your favorite people starting 2026 the correct way!

Your 2026 dues must be paid to attend. Food will be provided by chef Michael Cunningham of Ravenswood.
