Kenna will be such an outgoing and positive addition to our team! She is currently a college student, so you will be seeing her alot at the end of the night during tear downs making sure that everything is packed up smoothly.

Teardown nights are just as special as setup days. 🤍

Seeing it all come full circle — walking into a packed dance floor, guests having the time of their lives, and the space fully alive — really makes all those little details we make sure are perfect truly worth it.

In those moments, I’m reminded that every choice mattered. The lighting, the atmosphere, the flow of the room — it all became part of someone’s favorite day. ✨

Even though it’s almost been 2 months since the Vonderheide wedding and one of my first offical weddings as Day of Coordinator, their wedding day — and the friendship we formed along the way — still holds such a special place in my heart. 🤍

A few of my favorite moments as their day of coordinator: ✨ Being trusted with all the special tasks, from picking up flowers to holding onto the rings
✨ Helping the best man sneak into a wedding dress for a hilarious reveal
✨ Witnessing the emotional first looks
✨ Congratulating them as they walked back down the aisle as the new Mr. & Mrs.
✨ Watching the reception room fill with all the people who love them most

Day of coordination is so much more than just showing up for one day. It’s the friendships formed, the trust built, and the honor of being part of such meaningful moments. 🤍

The people we meet through this business are truly what makes it so special! 🤍

During today’s tear down, the bride’s mother let Kinley pick out some fresh flowers from their centerpieces to gift to me for Mother’s Day. They also saved us some delicious mini pies from Plum Pies after hearing we had them at our own wedding years ago but never got to eat any ourselves. They were the sweetest people ❤️

Happy Mother’s Day to all the amazing women out there! Whether you’re a mom yourself or play a special role in someone’s life, you deserve to be celebrated too. 🤍
