I missed a few days of Liift More last week, but I more than made up for it by doing 3 rounds of Zumba. Another one of my favorite Zumba instructors came to the site to do sessions with our students for our Wellness Day. The students absolutely loved her and it was a big hit (with Yoga in another room). I did both sessions with her there and then I supported her after work again at LA Fitness. I was beat and went home to sleep after that...lol. I resumed Liift More today with back and Triceps. 💪🏽💪🏽💪🏽 and Zumba again this evening!!!
