Job Description

Assist the Banquet Manager in overseeing operations, staff, and scheduling for events and functions in a hospitality setting.
Help to supervise and train banquet staff, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and service excellence.
Coordinate with other departments such as the kitchen, housekeeping, and maintenance to ensure seamless event ex*****on.
Oversee event spaces, ensuring they are clean, organized, and ready for use by guests.
Assist with budget preparation, inventory management, and purchasing of necessary supplies and equipment.
Help to create event menus, ensuring they meet guest requests and dietary requirements.
Assist with event planning and ex*****on, including communicating with guests and vendors, and ensuring timely and accurate billing.
Maintain an understanding of trends in the hospitality industry, and provide recommendations and ideas for improvement.
Assist with troubleshooting and problem-solving during events, ensuring guests have a positive experience.
Help to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and policies, such as hygiene and fire safety guidelines.
