Today is a good day! We're excited for tonight's Bocce with the Brothers, but we're also thinking of our dear George Penna. Everyone knows how much he loved this annual gathering with the Capuchin Brothers. He cherished the games, the laughter, the friendships, and the chance to support the Capuchin Soup Kitchen.

Though we lost George last year, his spirit lives on—his photo with the brothers still hangs proudly in the kitchen.

This year, we’ll play for him. 💙

There will be 22 Capuchin Brothers in attendance at this year's event -- the largest number of brothers to ever attend our event! Attendees will have more opportunity to chat with the friars and learn about their mission and all that they do within the Capuchin ministries!
