Pat Mascar — A Lifetime of Loyalty and Friendship
For Pat Mascar, Penna’s has always been more than a workplace — it’s where friendships and family have grown for nearly four decades. She joined 39 years ago after her high school friend, Janet, (Penna's Office Manager) invited her to help out. With no prior experience, Pat quickly learned on the job and went on to manage payroll and accounts payable.
She’s seen generations celebrate milestones here — including her own. Both of her daughters were married at Penna’s, and her grandson Alex recently followed in their footsteps, wearing photos of three generations sewn into his suit. “It’s like history repeating itself,” Pat says. “We’ve been through the good and the bad together. It’s family.”
Pat is a valued member of the Penna’s team, whose dedication has shined for 39 years.
