We were HONORED to cater this Amazing Event. The Jayden McKinney Scholarship Presentation. It took me a little longer to post this one because I couldn’t come up with the words for it. And the word is BLESSING. What a Blessing Jayden was. He touched more lives in his short time here than Most do in a Lifetime. Jayden was a True Blessing here on earth and to this day continues to touch and bless lives everyday. I know there were many blessed & touched on this night. Kristi & Jason y’all are Amazing. Littlejohns catered a Chicken fried steak meal today to a group from Brazil at GKB Cattle Headquarters. It was a great group and the program was great as well. The Brazilians were unsure about what the gravy was and couldn’t understand why it was called Chicken fried steak and it wasn’t chicken. The question form some of them :If it was Beef why didn’t we have the word Beef in the name instead of chicken. But they loved the Chicken fried steak. It was so fun.
