I had a glorious trail ride this morning on Sunny despite my ankle- appreciating this place and how far we have come. Horses like Sunny- good teachers who take care of their riders are worth their weight in solid gold. Every time she didn’t spook with me, and every dead stop in the middle of an open field so I can take a picture- was won with someone else’s blood, sweat, and tears. I wish I could thank them for today. I hope someday someone wants to thank me as they sit aboard Rocket 23 years from now. 🥰 Thanks for making my day Sunny ☀️

Our recent experience with Westwood was amazing. They fit us in same day for an emergency appointment that ended up being so much more complicated than we thought. Dr Flint took great care removing bone fragments from her skull so this was no easy task- all of this done after hours in clinic. Meanwhile doctor Elizabeth missed her own doctors appointment to radiograph my Dutchess simultaneously so we could get both girls seen promptly because I was worried Dutch had something wrong with her tooth/in her sinus causing an infection. That one ended up being a simple cold but the result either way is relief and peace of mind at the expense of these dedicated vets evening. They clearly put the animals first and don’t cut corners like some other vets in our area. All of this to say- THANK YOU and you’ve gained my trust with our wonderful ponies at The Pony Place.
