Celebration of Holiday Lights in Staunton, VA

These are the last few days that the lights will be on at Gypsy Hill Park for the 2025 Celebration of Holiday Lights. They will be on through this weekend. However it is possible that some displays will begin to be removed by the participants. Many many thanks to the dozens of folks who put displays in to the park this year. AND many many MANY thanks to all who visited the park to see the displays whether you walked through or drove through once, twice or every day!! Thank you to Santa and Mrs. Santa and the Grinch and the elves and others that were in the park to visit with the children (and their parents) who braved the cold to visit with Santa and his friends. If you have a deer in the Field of Deer, they need to be picked up this Saturday, January 3rd between 1-4 pm.

The committee hopes that you had a Merry Christmas and hope that you have a Very Happy and safe 2026! See you in November 2026!

OH NO!!!! The Grinch is going to be in Gypsy Hill Park tonight (DECEMBER 23RD) trying to thwart Santa's last sighting visit!!!! Plan to visit the park tonight from 6-8 pm. He (and hopefully Santa and some other special friends) will be in the park. Drive through the park to see the lights and these very special visitors. And as always - riding through the park is FREE, FREE, FREE!!!!!!!!!!

Santa Sightings!!!
Visit the Gypsy Hill Park on the following days to visit with Santa and friends:
December 19th from 5-7 near the tennis courts
December 20th and 21st at the Santa House near the main entrance exit -
December 23rd 6-8pm on the bandstand

You are welcome to take photos and talk with Santa about those last minute wishes for 2025.

Make some hot chocolate and grab some Christmas cookies and ride through the park to see all the lights as well as Santa, possibly Mrs. Santa, and many other friends!

And as always, drives through or walks through the park are always FREE EVENTS!!!!!!!

Santa Claus is coming to Gypsy Hill Park! Santa and Mrs. Santa will be in the park for 2 weekends - December 13th and 14th and December 20th and 21st from 6-8 pm. Drive through the park, see the lights and then see Santa at the Santa House. On December 13th, Santa has some friends that will be handing out hot chocolate and Candy Canes for kids of all ages and treats for 4 legged friends! And as always, these are FREE EVENTS!
