The Shuga Shack Event Hall is still OPEN & OPERATING as normal.

All bookings have been and will continue to be accommodated. Absolutely NO REFUNDS, will be given, unless “WE” cancel your booking.

The City of Statesboro issued an ordinance September 2023, which requires all clients that serve alcohol at an event accommodating over 25 guests to obtain a catering permit. The application can be obtained from the City Hall. The Shuga Shack Event Hall has no authority over whose approved.

Going forward, every client will sign contract, agreement to awareness of ordinance, and provide a valid ID.
All messages will be responded to within 24-48 hours. Also provided below is the link to check availability and process booking.
