For many years after graduating college I worked in NYC's Fashion district & Interior Design district as a Commercial Photographer & Graphic designer. I always loved my job but after starting a family, as is the case for many of us mothers today...I found it increasingly difficult to balance my work and be there for my family as well. I was having a hard time with commuting back & forth to Manhatt
an and working long hours away from my children. Having 2 children I really didn't have the time or patience to go to the mall and wait around to have some mediocre photos taken. I found the experience daunting to say the least! By the time it was time for my session my children were fed up, cranky and in no mood!!! So I started photographing my children myself. Using my experience from all of those years as a commercial photographer it dawned on me that I really had a passion and a knack for it! Well, it all finally came together and I realized this was the answer I had been praying for! I absolutely LOVE what I do and am living my dream!
