A little country, a little chic, and a whole lot of fun. 🤠
Alyssa & Garrett kicked off their Lake Tahoe wedding weekend with a country-chic welcome
party at Heavenly’s Lakeview Lodge, with one of Tahoe’s most iconic views setting the scene.
The design mixed laid-back country with an elevated, chic feel. Western-inspired décor carried
through the space, while BBQ, signature cocktails, country music, and plenty of personality
brought the party to life.
There’s something special about starting a wedding weekend with a night that invites guests to
jump right in. The kind of night with a few surprises, a lot of laughter, and stories they’ll still be
telling long after they leave Tahoe.

One of our favorite little hidden gems in Hope Valley. 🌲🤍

Tucked among the pines and aspens behind Desolation Hotel, this ceremony location begins with a short walk through the trees before opening up into the most peaceful, secluded setting. With small creeks flowing nearby, towering trees overhead, and nature surrounding you in every direction, it truly feels like you’ve stepped away from everything.

And that’s exactly what makes this spot so special — it’s not just a ceremony, it’s an experience.

There’s no traditional seating arrangement here. Instead, we work alongside our couples to create a setup that feels intentional and comfortable for their guests. Those who need traditional seating can be kept close, while more adventurous guests can settle onto large boulders, picnic blankets, benches, or even stand among the trees.

A bamboo aisle runner creates a beautiful natural path while helping protect the bride’s dress, and blankets draped throughout the rocks and seating areas give guests cozy places to relax as they watch two people declare their love for one another. 🤍

There’s something incredibly special about a ceremony that embraces the landscape instead of trying to change it. Intimate, peaceful, a little adventurous, and completely unique to Tahoe.

Getting to help our couples dream up experiences like this — and then watching it all come together among the pines — is one of our favorite parts of what we do. 🌿✨

Chris and Michelle’s wedding day took an unexpected turn when nearby wildfire smoke meant their ceremony plans had to change the morning before their wedding.

They still wanted the option of an outdoor ceremony while making sure their guests could comfortably move indoors if needed, so we quickly pivoted—rearranging their entire wedding day setup and moving it from one location to a completely new one.

Through it all, these two were relaxed, happy, and completely willing to go with the flow. Truly the perfect kind of couple when wedding-day plans need to shift. 🤍

And dare we say… it may have turned out even better than originally planned? Just LOOK at the natural beauty of their front yard. 😍

Sometimes the unexpected changes create the most beautiful moments.
