Secret Planet Anniversary + Manny’s Week Lineup:
Oct. 2 – with (USA): Coyote Island brings breezy indie pop, reggae, and soul, joined by local favorites Sarasota for a night of vibrant, feel-good energy.
Oct. 3 – (USA): Los Angeles-based comedian, writer, and co-host of The Bechdel Cast, Caitlin has performed nationwide at festivals like Edinburgh Fringe, New York Comedy Festival, and San Francisco Sketchfest. Fun fact: she’s seen Titanic over 100 times.
Oct. 4 – (Haiti): Rooted in Haiti’s mizik rasin movement, Rasin Okan revives the spirit of Vodou ceremonial music with raw, powerful rhythms and revolutionary energy.
Oct. 5 – with and (USA): LA post-punk/synth-pop legends have reunited with members of Tuxedomoon, The Units, and Nervous Gender, bringing p***y, no-wavey dance music to the stage — joined by the outrageous Chaki the Funk Wizard and local wildcards Smashtacklers for an unforgettable blowout.
Oct. 6 – (Bosnia): Called the modern master of sevdah, Imamović has toured the world and collected prestigious international awards for his soulful reinterpretations of Balkan folk traditions.
Oct. 8 – (Argentina): A one-man electroacoustic wonder, Facundo Salgado blends handcrafted South American instruments with looping technology to create soundscapes both organic and futuristic.
Oct. 9 – (Estonia): With their hiiu kandle (bowed lyre) duets, this duo has performed across continents — even reaching the finals of Eurovision 2024 — blending humor, folklore, and hypnotic rhythm.
