Had a very strange call today, guy called on a NO CALLER ID number saying he was calling about renting my property and wanted to know if it had AC and restrooms? I asked “are you talking about our venue, the Barn” and he stated yes. He also asked how many acres it was and again how much it cost to rent. I explained it was dependent on what type of event he was planning and he quickly stated “a birthday party.” I said if he’d send me his email address with specifics I’d be glad to send him some info. He stated “it’s just a couple lawyers looking for somewhere to rent.” Excuse me… what? He said he got my number from online and also had my email but was getting prices. As he was hanging up he was talking to someone and it sounded like he said “she wouldn’t give specifics.” This is super shady! If anyone knows who this may be… I’m gonna HARD PASS!
