Good news for the Thanksgiving orders!
We heard from a few of you that a little more time was needed, so we’re extending our holiday ordering through 11/22. We have whole and half turkeys, half turkey breasts and whole briskets plus sides. 🦃🤎

While our meats don’t NEED any sauce (what good Texas style BBQ does?!) they are still fun to try and our new mustard sauce is worth stopping by for.

It’s tangy, peppery and a little sweet. The perfect match for our flat iron steak special today.

We are open until 6pm today, Saturday 11/15. Online ordering with delivery is available if you’re stuck at home or work but craving some BBQ.

Jim made some giant sausage links that will be available by the pound. Not only are they good on their own but they make for perfect add-ins to at home meals like smoked sausage and potato soup, added to pasta sauce or paired with eggs and toast for breakfast.

The trailer is open this week (11/14 & 11/15) from 11-6 for service. Our holiday menu is also open until Saturday evening, order in person or online through our website!

Open today (11/8) in Stanwood, 11-6! We’ve got all the smoked meats and sides including our flat iron steak special.

Order online or at the trailer. The sun is shining and the picnic tables are out if you want to enjoy a crisp fall day outside.

Tomorrow we’ll be in Anacortes 12-4 for the veterans parade and park event if you can’t make it to Stanwood today.

Love brisket so much you need a whole one all to yourself? Say no more because we offer these beauties all year long. Whole, unsliced briskets run 6-7lbs and are available with 7 days notice.

Not only do we have two days in Stanwood this week AND a flat iron special on Saturday but we will also be open Sunday in Anacortes for their veterans parade!

Our Smokehouse store is also fully stocked with handpies, TV dinners, pot pies, breakfast burritos and meats by the lb. Everything is frozen which makes for an easy week night dinner.

Another weekend in Stanwood for us, with a beef rib special Saturday. Our smoked brisket Chili is back on the menu and in our freezer section inside the Smokehouse store.

We have curbside pickup and delivery available through our online ordering if the weather doesn’t cooperate!
