Come grab some BBQ and enjoy the only smoke worth talking about. Brisket, ribs, pulled pork, and all your favorites will be waiting.

This week you can find us at Skagit Valley Hospital tomorrow for lunch and Thursday-Saturday in Stanwood at our kitchen from 11-7 *or until sell out

Pulled pork is a BBQ staple and is incredibly versatile. From sandwiches to tacos to loaded baked potatoes, having extra on hand makes for easy dinners on those busy nights.

We sell our pulled pork by the pound in addition to meals so next time you swing in grab some extra and see what the hype is all about.

This week our kitchen will be open 11-7 Thursday-Saturday. The trailer will be in Mount Vernon tomorrow at Skagit Valley Hospital for lunch, 10:30-2 and at Bertelsens Winery Saturday evening!

It’s Friday and what better way to finish off the week than with BBQ! Not only do we have our best selling brisket today but we’ve also got pork, turkey and sides.

A slight change to the schedule this week, the trailer will not be at Skagit Valley Hospital tomorrow for lunch. With the heat forecasted and no AC in the trailer, it’s best for our team to skip this week. We’ll miss everyone and look forward to next week!
The trailer will be at the Stanwood Grocery Outlet Saturday celebrating their 10 year anniversary!

The kitchen will be open Thursday - Saturday, 11-7 or until sell out.

Need something to spice up your day? Our award winning brisket chili will have your taste buds fired up. It’s a no beans chili that you can eat with a fork. Topped with cheese, cilantro, onion and house pickled jalapeños.

This week we are excited to be back at Skagit Valley Hospital serving up lunch from 10:30-2! The kitchen will be open Thursday- Saturday 11-7 and CLOSED SUNDAY. With catering and event season in full swing we will be closing at the kitchen on Sundays.

We are so thankful for everyone keeping us busy and can’t wait to see you this week!
