One of our most requested menu items is making a surprise appearance today, SMOKED TURKEY.

Not only is it great with any of our house made sides but makes amazing sliced meat for sandwiches or chopped and added to a pasta bake for week night dinner.

We do anticipate selling out so swing in early or order online for best selection.

Not sure how it's already June 1st but here we are! The trailer will be on the move more this month, this is the schedule currently. The kitchen will also be closed on Saturday, June 20th as the team is heading to a private event. The kitchen will remain open normal hours otherwise and we look forward to seeing everyone!

The kitchen will be open this week 11-7 Thursday-Saturday and 11-6 on Sunday with a full menu.
Not only do we make all of our sides, sauce and banana pudding in house but our beef hot links and jalapeño cheddar sausage are made in house also.
Available by the pound, these can also be ordered ahead in larger quantities for those upcoming summer parties!
