Located 45 minutes from Manhattan, this unique property is one of the region’s truly modern, industrial-chic venues for celebrations of all kinds. A welcome departure from the region’s “typical” ballroom facilities. This contemporary space can accommodate up to 600 guests—the perfect fit for weddings, bar/bat mitzvahs, galas, cocktail receptions, corporate meetings, holiday celebrations, product launches, and more. Your vision will come to life by taking full advantage of the infinite possibilities suggested by the spaces. Unique features include 15,000+ sq ft of flexible white space, a private suite/greenroom, a retro game arcade, exposed ductwork, and hardwood floors.

For this Bat Mitzvah, the Loading Dock was decked out in pink, sparkling disco balls, and a touch of glamour to make for a celebration that was as playful as it was polished. Designed to shine from the first welcome to the final dance.
