🤩L'orecchietta ormai è sempre più internazionale e lo Chef che vi presentiamo oggi ne sa qualcosa! Chef Vito Rossini infatti, è originario di Villa Castelli (BR), ma da ormai dieci anni vive negli Stati Uniti dove esporta la tradizione della Regina gastronomica della Puglia grazie al suo The Heel of the Boot, alla lettera “Il Tacco dello Stivale”: due food truck e tante cucine mobili itineranti che hanno fatto tappa per i primi anni a New York e ora ad Austin, in Texas.
