I put this page up a while back and couldn't get it to do what I wanted. We are not a nightclub and I can't figure out how to remove it. We DO provide a number of entertainment services and sponsor / run 4 social groups. This page was to let others know about our services, keep members and non members up to date on upcoming events, and to allow entertainers to post upcoming gigs. I am going to take the time to get it set up correctly soon so be on the lookout.

2017 is off and running and one of my resolutions is to get this page up to date and keep it that way. Please excuse my excuses but I have too many e-mail, website, and FB places to keep updated that I often run out of time.
A big part of this page I am devoting to the 6 Meetup groups we sponsor and plan events for. Combined, we have about 6,000 members. The groups are St. Louis Social Club, Saint Louis Singles 40+, Social Happenings And Gatherings (S**G), The Liberal Boomers, Comedy in the Lou, and the Disaster Preparedness and Response Group. The next post will tell members and interested parties info on our many events.
I would like to talk with any FB guru's that can answer some questions for me. That would be a HUGE help.
We will also be talking about our services and will go back to posting some music. I would love to hear from you.

Now the latest weather forecast for the b-day party is that it is suppose to rain overnight Friday but for the most part will be stopping about the time the party starts. Let's hope that is the case.

Ok, here is the info on my 60th Birthday Party. It will be Saturday, April 30th at Simpson Park (right by Valley Park) starting at 1:00pm. It will be an outdoor picnic and will go on regardless of rain (we have it covered). We are providing the burgers and dogs, and soft drinks. Anybody can pitch in with a side dish and it is byob. We will have music and an open mic for toasting or roasting. Hoosier golf and washers will be set up and since we are right by a lake, you can fish as well. Presents are very optional. I just want to enjoy the day with family and friends (new and old). The more, the merrier. I would like to ask for an rsvp just so we know how much grub to get. I REALLY hope to see you there.

2/16 We have quite a group going to Crestwood Mall for the "Last Hoorah Party" There will be 26 food trucks plus Joe Dirt and the Dirty Boys will be playing in the afternoon. Come out and join us!

Busy month with my social groups. It starts this weekend with a night at Persimmon Ridge Winery and ends on the 30th with my 60th blow-out Birthday Party / Picnic. Be watching for the schedule of all of April's plans coming tonight.

Just a little over a week until the Crosby, Stills, Nash & Young tribute concert. This is such a great show performed by 4&20. Right now, it looks like we will have about 250 in our group going. I still have a few tickets and can get more if anybody wants to go. This will be a wonderful evening with so many good songs performed by extremely talented musicians.

I'm happy to announce we were just contracted to do 5 DJ gigs for Easter Seals Midwest this year. We have done a lot of work for different charities over the years with fund raising, trivia nights, or other special occasions. OUR ANNUAL SUPER BOWL PARTY !!!!! - The party now has a new location since the closing of Mile 277. This year we will be having it at Bobby's Place in Valley Park. Festivities will start at 3:30pm with the game starting at 5:30p.m. It should be a great game this year and we always have a good time. There is no cover, there will be drink and food specials, we will have the squares game(s) going plus other prizes and a 50/50. We hope you can join us and some of the members of our 3 social groups who will be there. You don't have to worry about cleaning the house or making a covered dish - just relax and enjoy the game and company.

This Friday we are happy to be providing the sound system for a private event for Byron DeLear, a local candidate running for State Representative in the 70th District. Byron is also an activist with the issue of the West Lake Landfill in Bridgeton. It just so happens he is a musical talent and may liven up the evening with a brief performance. It should be a good evening and we are happy to have members of my Liberal Boomers attending as well as providing the sound.

Cobra Productions is having our annual Super Bowl Party! This is always a fun time even if your not a football fan. It will be at Mile 277 starting around 3:30. You don't have to clean the house, make a dish to take to a house party or worry about clean up. Just bring a few bucks to party and gamble with. There is no cover, just your drinks and /or appetizers to buy. We will have the popular "squares" game going and the payout is good. Since it is a random chance game, you don't need to know anything about football. Other prizes and surprises may be on deck as well. Right now we have half the place reserved for our group. Plenty of TV's to watch the game on. Consider this your invitation to join the group that is coming. Let me know if you can make it so we can make sure to have enough servers and such.
