We start with a red sauce base and plenty of mozzarella, then stack it high with Chef Charles’s famous fried chicken (and good googly moogly… that chicken is juicy). Add our housemade pickled cucumbers & white onions, a drizzle of our secret sauce, and a sprinkle of fresh cilantro to finish it off.
