Big Town Tickets Job Description

Position: Operations & Fulfillment Associate

Big Town Tickets is searching for a Operations/Fulfillment Associate who consistently exceeds expectations. The ideal candidate should have a desire to improve their professional skill set in a fast paced, small business environment. A personal interest in music and concerts would be beneficial.

Key areas of responsibility

Research and process orders and accurately update information in computer systems
Maintain comprehensive knowledge of internal policies and procedures
Participate in the running and improvement of daily operational processes
Provide exceptional levels of service to every customer via phone, email and in person
Demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills at all times
Utilize analytical skills that allow for accurate decision making to resolve issues
Develop and maintain a knowledge base of our products and services
Solve problems with a "take-charge" level of responsibility
Participate in purchasing and pricing of tickets as directed
Other duties as required by management
Qualifications

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Quick learner with ability to master a variety of software programs
Customer Service and/or Inside Sales experience a plus
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a group setting
Demonstrate polished phone etiquette
Sound understanding of competitive knowledge and industry trends
Ability to interact with all levels of management
High level of commitment and a strong drive to succeed
Strong interpersonal skills and open minded attitude
Willingness to learn multiple aspects of a fully functioning small business
Schedule Expectations: Full Time. Must be available to work a flexible schedule between the hours of 7:30am-6:30pm Monday – Friday with weekend availability.

Compensation: TBD based on qualifications. Position will be paid bi-monthly.
